The aim of this solution is to allow more connectivity between key organisations plateforms. Indeed, via personalized googles forms freelancers and Small-to-mediuem entreprises can obtain freely and rapidly the quantitatives and qualitatives feedbacks they want direcly from their customers, thus fostering trust between both parties. However, managing the obtained data as well as showing appreciation to the customers for their contribution might reveal tedious. In this context, our solution aim to be practical in helping resolve those two problems using technology.
The core of our solution is application programming interfaces (APIs). We will use this technnology with what we will be able to link the google forms to a excel sheet gathering all the datas for efficient visualization and exploitation. Here we will use zapier, a web-based service to create chains of simple conditional statements, called applets.
Once a customers finishes providing his feedbacks via the google forms you thourougly created the datas are automatically entered in google sheets raws and colomuns thanks to the API. Once, this is done customer feedback will be integrated to the CRM and a selected Gmail account will send a semi-personalized e-mail of appreciation for every customers who are providing precious feebacks.

Register or create your account on Zapier and click on "Make a zap"
In "choose a trigger" select "Google Forms" and "New or Uptaded Response in Spreadsheet" before pressing "Continue"
Select the relevant Google form account which possess the feedback that you want the response to be automatically reoriented to your google sheet, Press "Continue"
Select the relevant google forms spreadsheet/worksheet, press "Continue" and then "test your trigger". Once the trigger runs properly continue and select the app google sheets and the action event "create spreadsheet rows"
Once done, select the relevant account and relevant spreadsheet location as done earlier with google forms.
Test your zap and turn it on !
